A feasibility study project to explore the renovation of a three bedroom ground floor flat in St. Johns Wood as part of the client’s search for a new home. As a response to the disjointed rooms and a lack of storage space in the existing layout, the proposal reconfigured the arrangement and inserted a central piece of bespoke joinery in order to connect each room whilst creating bookshelves and exhibition space in the hallway.
