
OGLANDER ROAD
This feasibility study explored high level spatial opportunities and cost allowances for the renovation and extension of a terraced house in Peckham to inform the client’s bid at auction. Looking to precedents in the neighbouring streets, we tested a combination of a wraparound extension at ground floor with a loft conversion and outrigger extension at 2nd floor.
