HYLTON ROAD

This renovation and extension project transformed a tired three bedroom semi in High Wycombe into a modern home to suit the clients’ lifestyles.

The focus of the design brief was to cost-effectively create a more elegant and spacious home. Internal reconfiguration included moving the central stair, converting the existing utility and storage rooms at lower ground level into a large, well lit kitchen and dining area, and opening up the ground floor to create a study for the clients to work from home.

The completed renovation celebrates the connection between the kitchen, dining area and the stepped garden through extending outwards and opening up the house at lower ground floor.
