BROOKFIELD STUDY
Situated in a garden in Hackney in London, the project concerns the design of a small cedar clad study and workspace with a CNC machine.
The form of the garden room is tightly constrained within the parameters set out by permitted development rights. The building is conceived as a simple timber box with punched hole openings. The Western Red Cedar shingles will weather to a silvery grey and help the building to blend in at the back of the garden.
